Fewer products puts you at the lower end, a large catalogue or moving data across from somewhere else puts you higher. We tell you your number on the demo call. On an annual plan you do not pay it.

I am not technical.
We do the first setup, you do not have to touch it. After that you change the theme and add products by typing a sentence in the admin.
Does the AI really understand Bangla?
Bangla, Banglish and English. It listens to voice notes and matches product photos. You do not have to take our word for it. Message our AI agent on WhatsApp and check.
Do you have Nagad, SSLCommerz, Pathao or RedX?
Live today: bKash, cash on delivery, Steadfast and SMS. The rest we connect in two to five days if your business needs them, as part of onboarding, at no extra cost. We do not show things we have not built.
Is there a mobile app?
There is no separate merchant app yet. The admin works fully in a phone browser, from checking orders to publishing posts.
Who do I reach when something breaks?
Us, directly on WhatsApp, usually within 1 hour. Managed clients get a named manager.
What if I want to leave?
Monthly, stop any month, no penalty. We hand over your products, orders and customer list as files. Leaving should be easy, so we kept it easy.
